Returns & Refunds
If you're not happy, then we're not happy. And if we're not happy—well, you don't even want to know!
Is there something wrong with your product?
If your product does not arrive in new condition or has something else wrong with it then you are eligible for either a refund of the full amount paid, or we can send you a new product, whichever you choose.
Do you want to return your product?
If the product is fine, but you want to return it for another reason then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and shipping address. Please include this number and address on the shipping label used to return the product. In this situation since there was no product issue the customer will pay for shipping to our distribution center. As soon as the product arrives at our distribution center and is verified to be in good condition we will issue the refund in full.
Customers must contact us within 60 days of the products arrival to be eligible for a return or refund.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds due to customization making it impossible to resell.
