How do you ship orders?
Our US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail & our international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Both our US & international orders come with full tracking.
How long does it take to process my order?
About 1 to 2 business days. Most often, same day!
How long does shipping take?
US: 3-4 business days. Canada: 7-8 business days. International: 10-14 business days (usually much quicker!)
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from Lakewood, New Jersey.
You sent me tracking info but it’s not showing up on the USPS website!
USPS occasionally takes their sweet time to update tracking info; sometimes it takes up to 12 hours for their page to update! If you don't see an update after 12 hours, get in touch and we'll be happy to help!
I haven’t gotten my order yet! What should I do?
